  Just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting to pick up prescriptions. Reasonable perhaps if there was a long line, but there was ONE car already at the window when I arrived. I saw her hand them an empty medicine bottle. After 14 minutes I called the pharmacy from my cell to ask what could possibly be taking so long with a simple drop off or pickup since their own policy states they will not fill at the window, as I was now running late for an appt in Bremen and was blocked in with another car behind me. I basically got some garbled answer who said if I'd give the names for my pickup they'd get them ready. I gave the info and was hung up on. Once I finally reached the window several more minutes later, they of course were not ready. Anything that will take a SINGLE customer TWENTY MINUTES should be told to come inside. Have experienced several various issues over the past six months (we fill 15-20 meds monthly) so just going to transfer to a pharmacy that hopefully moves faster than a snails pace.
